In the Summer of 2000, we took a trip through Monroe County, WV.  The highlight was an abandoned spring that was supposedly based on a design by Thomas Jefferson.  Someone seems to be doing some restoration and one of the guest houses has really been fixed up.  We also saw a large group of glider planes sitting in a field.
